Follow these steps to transfer your eSIM to a new phone:
- Check that your new phone is eSIM compatible
- Contact our team
- Provide them with complete information about your eSIM
- Our team will send a new eSIM to your email*
* Please note that not all providers support the eSIM transfer function. We are working to make this easier to visualize and understand.
Important: eSIM is a digital version of a physical card and cannot be used on more than one device at a time. When your new eSIM profile is activated on your new device, the MobileXY plan on your previous device will be deactivated.
