In case you have accidentally deleted your MobileXY profile, it can be reactivated again for free. To do this, you can use the same QR code that you received when purchasing a MobileXY data plan. Re-scan it using the same device on which you previously installed the MobileXY profile.
In case you have switched to a new device, please contact us to request a new QR code. We will send it immediately.
Note: You can temporarily deactivate MobileXY profile and reactivate it at any time in your device settings.
